Good thing it's in the up position. If your handy this is something you can certanly tackle yourself. Nonetheless, you can get a replacement motor/regulator from Rockauto.com for about $65.00 - just look up 2002 Lincoln LS. (The front motors/regulators are compatable on the S Type) Otherwise, if you go with a OES replacement from Jaguar you will be spending big $$$. Hope this information helps.
