So my car has recently developed a loud squeak in the right rear wheel well. I thought it was the anti-swaybar, so I replaced it and it is still squeaking. I am not too familiar with all of the other components in that area so I was just wondering what you guys think it is. Thanks!

That should not be ignored. The possibilities are a bent brake dust shield, bearing, bent strut or structure, brake pad worn, rotor worn, bent wheel. Start there.
