2000 S type FOB programming procedure

I have one original FOB that is not working , just placed a fresh battery inside, but still it doesn't communicate with the car.

Is there a verified FOB reprogramming procedure for a late 2000 x200 S type?

Download the internal Jaguar training book at http://jagrepair.com/images/IntroToJ...0TECH_2005.pdf. There are clear instructions on pages 211-213.

Fob is original 3 buttons for the car.
