Default 2001 s-type fuel pressure spec

I have 2 specs for fuel pressure for a 2001 S-Type V6, one for denso - one for PTEC. No one so far has told me how to tell the difference. Any help would be appreciated. Wallace

The PTEC is a Denso unit.

What are the specs you have? You know it's a variable pressure?

Er... maybe you could explain what you're really trying to do / wanting to know and why.

I'm trying to address a low power situation and P0171 (lean) code. Fuel pressure at test port is 32-34 PSI scanner reads fuel pressure PID as 265-275 kpa (38-40 psi). Alldata & mitchell show PTEC & Denso systems with 32 and 48 respectively at idle. Supposedly these figures are off the Jag website.

Not likely to be caused by fuel pressure.

Almost always P0171 is an air leak. What are the fuel trims at idle and at 2500rpm?

Lots of posts on here about the usual faults on that age and type of engine.

Do you have good O2 waveforms for all 4?
