jag started having issues not starting. so I tested battery and it showed good but needed to be charged. So after a few days of this issue, I decided to buy a new battery. Seemed to help some. Some days it started fine, then some days not at all. Radio, dash lights all work, but will not turn over. Any suggestions..

 

What is batt voltage now with headlights on?

 

When I had my 01 it started doing this when the fuel pump was getting tired. finally quit one day in the wrong place....off course.
