Default Are 2003 S Type and X Type parts fairly interchangeable?

Are 2003 S Type and X Type parts fairly interchangeable? I'm mostly concerned with the main headlamps and any associate wiring harnesses. I need to replace the headlamps and their bases/wiring etc. and have a lead on a parts car which is an X Type and which recently had new headlamps installed. Are these compatible? Thanks.

I'm going to say that the easy answer is no, certainly not the headlights.

I agree with Norri on this one.

The closest you may get to interchanging parts would be on the 3.0 V6 engine...
