Default 2005 S type no sounds from speakers

Hi everyone. My old amplifier went bad and I just bought another one same part number and all, and I still have no sound. I did the am/fm eject test and all I got was main 1.0070. i checked the fuses and all seem to be ok. The 6 disc changer in the back has no power to it but the navigtion unit does. Can anyone help?

Bugga , I blew my amp a wile back from washing the boot shut and wet it I still had speakers but no subs ! and I replaced it with a slightly diferent part no out of an xj8 , first up it didn't work so I un pluged the fiberoptic plug and re pluged it and away it went ! Also later on I fitted a direct connect bluetooth fm modulated unit (axm-cd-by) buy access mobility to the car witch is a great unit ! witch also meant taking the head unit out , not too hard ! and had a **** of a time getting the fiberoptic plug in the sterio to work again , seems thay are very particular About there connection ! Does sound like you have a power supply issue if one unit is not running ! I no all the remote power supply's are shared from the display unit but as for perment power supply I don't know and wouldn't think that thay are !
Check all fuses in boot in front of Spair weel , and engine bay also the dash ones ! Prety shore there should be two positives at the amp when the sterio is running !

Default checked fuses

I checked the fuses and all are ok. So I started unplugging wires. I unplugged the lead power fiber obtic cable from the distributing connection that connects the amp, and cd changer. I plugged that wire staright into the amp, and I have sound. But no navigation sound. I suspect that it is a case of bad wires that need changing.
