Using Castrol Dino 5 30......is 4000km a good changing point?

 

I'd leave it longer but sooner won't do any harm apart from to your pocket! (I think the official figure is 10000miles)

jagv8 is right, factory interval is 16,000KM according to the owners handbook. I find it convenient to just have the garage change it when they swap wheels for the winter and summer. Wastes lots of money but I'd never remember to do it according the factory interval.
