Default Banned from the UK site - no idea why?

Hi chaps.
I was in the middle of replying to a post on the UK site, when I got the 'you're banned' screen. No warning or previous bad behaviour.

Some of the UK members are on here too I know, but on the UK forum, Mike Stype is no more.

I have no clue as to the real reason, but the reason given was 'having to constantly moderate this guy'. This is blatantly untrue and the heavy handed way in which I've been treated is simply down to a power trip for one or more mods it would seem. I even recently stepped in to support the unpaid work that the mods and admin do. Some thanks.....

Hi, where do I find the email address as I'm locked out except for browsing the forum?

I'd try the 'contact us' button, but I assumed it would not allow me too?

I'm not so sure. Anybody by the name of 'Mike' with an S-type is bound to be trouble.

Maybe you should be banned here too, just in case?

Just kidding, I read your posts over there, I'm sure they confused you with someone else.

Hi there, as stated, possibly just an error, sometimes these things happen.

Worst case scenario, I'm sure Police666 could take up the fight for you to try and get answers.......Its pretty rare for members to get the heave ho without good reason.

Good luck

Just been having a look through someof your posts on the uk forum, i could only find 1 that had been moderated and that was for an un needed quote.

Edit

I've sent buckmr2 a message enquiring about your ban, he's a supermod and seems quite level headed and fair, I await his reply

How bizarre.

On some sites once locked out you can't contact anyone (including admins) at all, so any accident is - crazily - the end.

Cardinal sin on UK forum is to mention anything even slightly negative about diesels. It doesn't matter whether it's true or not. Apparently they're marvellous, perfect, never have faults, clean, etc. (As if.)

Hey, there's nothing wrong with diesels, I'm an oil burner

Stanboy - I don't get it buddy?

Is there a problem with posting too much, surely that just shows an active and interested member and is a good thing?

The amount of posts equates to the amount problems his car had, lol.

Maybe they meant to ban his car and not him?

Heh heh, as far as I'm aware his posts always followed the forum rules.

His car on the other hand, has the most aamount of faults I've seen on a single car though.

I've still not heard back from admin if it was a mistake or not.

Erm chaps? I am here you know, so not so much of the 'lols' and speaking about me in the third person please.

Being an ex Jagforum member, I'm not sure my car has more faults than any other Jag of a similar age and mileage either.

No reply from the UK yet.........
