Question Battery drain on fuse 32 - Driver's seat

I've been living with a slow battery drain for many years. It hasn't really been a big issue while I drove the car daily but ever since covid hit and the car sits in the garage for many days or even weeks my battery has completely drained a few times. So I started pulling fuses and found 0.12A drain on fuse #32 (Driver's seat) the luggage compartment.

What seems strange is that when I lock the car, the amps go from 0.12A to 0.00A on fuse 32 within about 20 mins. But when I leave the car unlocked in the garage, the car keeps draining 0.12A in perpetuity. Is this normal? If yes then the fix is to remember to lock the car even when parked in the garage.

You must lock the car in order for all modules to go into sleep mode.
So yes you need to lock the car.

No need to lock my 2004 STR. The modules sleep either way.
