Default Belt still running after shut down engine

Have anyone heard about the engine's belt keep running after you shut down the car, but when you pop up the hood you can see that the blades from the cooling system are completly stopped???? And this kept the same like for 3 minuts, besides engine wasnt that hot, it worked like for 10 minuts in a 65 F weather....please help, is this wrong?? Or does the car have some kind of system that make this happen??

The belt can't turn if the engine isn't. The fan is electrical. It's not driven by the belt. BTW, see below:

Yea, I'm very confused here. Are you sure the "Belt" is still moving, or is the fan running?

Also, what JagV8 is saying, put your info in your Sig! So we can better help you.

I'm sure, the "belt", the whole engine's belt was moving, WITH the engine Stopped, and the blades werent moving at all... I've already call to mechanical service, but they were surprised too, I'm taking the car to see what happend and I'll let you know what they told me it was.
