Hi There,
Check first that you have a Bluetooth Module installed in the car. It's located under the tray in the centre armrest which can be easily removed. The Bluetooth Module, if fitted, has a cable connector toward the rear of the compartment and the module itself is mounted on the right hand side and just underneath the lip the tray sits on when in place.

If the module is there and connected try a pin test to see if there is power to the module. It may be worthwhile checking the Set Up menu to see if Bluetooth is 'enabled' before doing any of the above.

I think you can have BT but no phone unless you provide/pair one. The full manual is online somewhere (or was).

this is simple search for bluetooth devices, if you find Jaguar, your car has it,
if theres no jaguar when you search you dont have
its that simple
bluetooth was no a cheap option, so most cars dont have it

I have one of the VicTsing units for my car. Only 2 problems I have had. The neck is not long enough or bendy enough and it interferes with the shifter. The other is, if I have my phone paired and streaming music to the radio, if I plug the phone in to charge, the FM signal degrades and interference starts to bleed through.
