Default Both MAF Sensors and Buttefly Faults

I have a 2006 S-type 2.7D Auto.
Engine management light on. Restricted performance after the temp starts to show on the temp gauge.

I have fault codes for both MAF sensors P0100-00, P10A-00, even before starting the car and after clearing them, but no other codes, and when it is running it shows 'no' air flow at all through either MAF, but air temp is changing so air temp sensor is working fine.
The butterfly in the main housing does not move or close at all during running or revving, and remains fully open.
All wiring checks out to both MAF's, all working.
I have changed the stepper motor for the butterfly, no difference.
I have changed both EGR valves and 1 turbo which was making a little noise, no difference.
I have changed 1 MAF sensor and no difference so will wait on buying another until I know if it is something else.
DPF has been changed also...
ECM has also been changed and still exactly the same issues.
All fuses checked as well?
Battery also new and fine.
I have exhausted what I can think of or have read about...
Am I missing something else that it could be?
Please, any intelligent suggestions?

Images below taken whilst car was running...
First 3 are MAF A and next 2 are MAF B

Have a great week.
Mark

All the cars sold in USA etc are petrol - the diesel is very different so no-one probably knows if that is correct or not. It may well be OK.

It was a double MAF failure after all that!
