Rustoleum makes a caliper paint in a can. The best one is a 900 degree paint and really works. Been on my car for 3 years and shows no signs of fading, peeling, or chipping. The auto parts store only had 500 degree and I ran across the good stuff at Walmart.
I used silver Rust-oleum just plain ole silver brush on for Joyces Jag calipers. I used to pull wheels off regularly to clean inside of rims. Every now and then I would hit the calipers with a bit of touch up from the silver quart and a small modelers paintbrush and call it a day. The paint is still visible and looks pretty good even long after I stopped painting them and cleaning the inside of the wheels....
Just finished G2 paint w/ high temp lettering after replacing pads, rotors and fuel filter. Takes longer to dry than spray paint but G2 seems durable. Btw, I second the beer enhancements!
Ok now I'm really confused! I get that painting the calipers is the way to go. But is it breast enhancements or beer? I'm guessing if I start with beer than any breast enhanced will do? ;-)
you dont need high temp paint . i painted my opel gsi brakes 19 years ago with metalic Lacquer paint and clear coat to match the cars colour . same with my datsun 22 years ago , both still look like new .
the opel has done some hard driving across 150000km for me with this paint , no problems so dont waist your money on overkill paint for calipers. they dont reach the temp required for high temp paints.
