Right brake light inop.... good bulb fuses and bulb assembly...mechanic says need rear module..computer...is he for real

 

He may be but with some effort checks can be done, though if you use a mech for this... are you up to it?

People commonly think they have the right bulb but don't. Some things to check are the contacts aren't loose or burnt and be wary as lots of stuff is live so don't short it out.

 

I am up to it..I am a mechanic for lorries...2000 stype 3.0 the bulb housing is new..and they are the right bulbs...the wire is blk and blu
