Exclamation Brakes not function properly.. Sensor maybe?? Help asap

My Brake Master Cylinder had got change recently because the brake pedal went all the way down to the floor when i holded brakes, which fix my braking distance. But my brakes are fully not back to normal (i have to hold the brake pedal all down for brakes to perform properly, whereas i use to just tap the brakes and the car would be ready to stop).

Problem: In my dash it says "Brake Fluid Low", but the brake fluid is full. Is this a failure of the Brake Reservoir Sensor that needs to be replaced?? P.S: When i hold brakes there is a hesitation in the car wanting to stop or slow down unless i hit the brakes hard, can the sensor cause this problem or its another issue? It would be great if i can get this problem fix asap, Thanks

Hesitation may point to a vacuum leak. Need to fix that if so.
