I've moved your post from the General Tech section to the model specific S-Type/S-Type R section where you will receive better visibility/response.

At what speed do you feel the 'chatter' over bumps?
What road surface does the 'chatter' occur on?
Do you feel or hear the 'chatter' whilst cornering?
What is the condition of the RH rear tyre?
Has any work recently been performed in that area to the brakes or suspension?
What is the number of kilometres/miles on the vehicle?
More information is needed to determine the cause.

The tires are bran new.It has 106000 miles on it.The shocked and mounts are bran new.It just chatter over small bumbs at 30 to 40 miles oh.It does not chatter around turns.I change the tie rod.The brakes are good as fats as I know. thanks.I'm thinking the only other would be wheel bearings?[/QUOTE It might also be the muffler the pipe is rusted..

If I understand your description, wheel bearings are likely not the cause.
When you replaced the shock absorbers, did you also replace the upper bearing/mount? There are a good number of items that can wear given the number of miles on your vehicle.
If there are no other worn parts on the suspension, it may be caused by the rear silencer/muffler moving from side to side as you encounter the bumps at 30 - 40 mph.
