Chrome S Type Lugnuts Only $1.50 each
I found a four pack of White Knight Lug Nuts at Pep Boys for $5.99/pack. These are 12mm x 1.5 one piece chrome plated lugnuts with the captive flat washer, made for Toyota. Pep Boys part number 153074. You need five packages to swap out all of the original lugs. The hex is 13/16" instead of 19 mm, a new lugwrench is $8.99. Total investment $38.94

I already have the 1pc dormans from rock auto on my S-Type
Take care,
George
Will these fit a 2003 Base model? Do the require a special lug wrench like what is used on the original lug nuts?
I have several lug nuts that are so worn from workshops using the wrong size tools.I want to replace them. Preventative Medicine.

Great deal...Under wheels and tires someone posted a link to a place where you can buy them for under $24 shipped out the door, but you have to wait for them to arrive...If you live by a freight harbor tools, they sell a fold up 4 way lug for $9.99...
I bought the White Knight Lug Nuts last winter and didn't really drive the car much in the snow. By summertime, they too were pitted a bit and started to rust. It seems to be tough to find good one piece lug nuts that are going to last. They were cheap though so I can't really complain much.
I have to report back that I am now seeing the Dorman lug nuts starting to show rust. Starts at the contact with the lug wrench at the corners of the lug. I have had them about 15 months and don't live in the salt belt.

The solid chrome Mitsubishi lug nuts I purchased at our local Chrysler dealership (they were designed for the Chrysler Sebring, but they fit our S-Types as well) have held up beautifully. They will be 2 years old come late January, so they've been through multiple seasons of rain, snow, ice, cold, and heat. Still no rust or pitting whatsoever. Granted, I paid $5 each for 20 of them, but they have certainly turned out to be well worth it thus far....
