You will find out but really consider changing all coils/plugs and valve cover gaskets. You have a pretty old car and they are wear items. Also the V-6 has several well known problems but they are cheap to fix. It's just better to do all the repairs at once.

Just a reminder, any OEM parts that are needed, give Nalley Jaguar in Atlanta a call. Free shipping with oreders over $75.00 and a 15% forum member discount. I have used them and other members too, nothing but grand reviews!
As club mentioned, consider vacuum lines, rubber elbow, intake seals (upper and lower), IMT O-ring (if applicable) etc....

I would also consider running some fuel injection cleaner like Techron through your fuel system. I had a low speed stumble which trigger the CEL while driving my Audi and the Techron did the trick.
One other question, I can't get new intake manifold gaskets for a few days (nobody around here has them in stock) would I be able to reuse the old ones for a few days our do they have to be replaced every time you take off the manifold?
Oh boy......
There are 2 valve covers, one on each side of the motor. Look where you would add motor oil into the engine after removing the oil cap (also known as the 710 cap).
The manifold gaskets, there are 2 LOWER intake manifold gasket and 6 UPPER intake gaskets for your model year vehicle. Both the UPPER and LOWER gaskets are located under the big silver thingy right on top the motor, in between the 2 valve covers.
Are you experienced in mechcanics?
This is debatable, some will say yes and some will say no. On a vehicle thats your age I WOULD! I would also have the valve cover gaskets on hand as well, you can always return them if there are no signs of leakage as mentioned prior.
Any of the BIG box auto parts stores should have the gaskets in stock, I would check around more.
If it's fixed it will self-clear in 3 warm-ups.
Or disconnect battery for a couple of mins - but the risk with this is that you haven't fixed the real fault and end up with a car that can't flag codes but is not working properly.

Out of curiousity, what all did you end up replacing?
