Default Disconnected battery and windows won't...

I disconnected the battery to install air intake system and now the windows will not roll up automatically on the one touch. They will roll down on the one touch but not back up unless I hold the window up button down. Any suggestions? I'm thinking a fuse but not sure. I only disconnected the battery on the negative side and when I reconnected it, it sparked quite a few times. Everything else seems to be fine except for the one touch roll up on the windows.

Turn key on or start engine, run windows all the way up, hold each window button in the up position until you hear a click in the door, helps to have the radio and climate fan off. they just need to be reset.
