You can read the yaw etc sensors using AE so again you can check.
I will look at the VIN and post it when I get home this afternoon. There were serveral DSC codes set when I first hooked up the AE, I think they were never cleared by the dealer following repairs from the deer strike. Damage area was right front (extensive damage $11,000.00). These codes have not come back but when I cleared them with AE the DSC began flashing. I am going to check the harness in great detail this afternoon. I plan to completly disconnect the engine harness and check ohm readings pin to pin as well as physical check(looking for the cause of P1584). I am convinced now that the DSC flashing just needs to be reflashed. I have a service appointment with the dealer next Tuesday to reflash the DSC. I will post results of the harness check late tonight. If I do not find anything with the harness I am just going to bite the bullit and replace the APS.AE reads all ABS/DSC sensors and they appear to be responding properly. There is one strange reading, the steering position sensor shows an angle of -27 deg when going straight ahead. Wheel is centered. I hope that recalibration will correct this. Is it possible that I got the sensor out of position when I had the dash out to replace the AC evaporator?

Thanks for the help.

The steering angle is probably OK. I think they read some value (which looks pretty random) and that is then programmed into the module when it's configured. You could say that it'll be set so -27 is straight ahead and thus other values can be figured out relative to that datum.

I really can't see why your module would need reflashing

(Can't hurt to try - apart from maybe your wallet.)
