Default Found wheels on eBay..

Hey guys I found these really cool wheels on eBay. Okay... haha they are mine. I dropped the price a lot because I want the garage space back and it looks like I may be trading in the white beast for a new car. Just wanted to make sure any of you that were interested had your chance to bid.

Don't hate me for selling the STR I was just tired of it fighting me..

Thanks for looking,
Eric

(Oh and I'm throwing in something extra if it turns out to be a forum member that wins..)

Nice wheels! Nice ad as well. A bit too much for my daily driver. But the real reason for a reply.... So, what are you trading it for, if you don't mind me asking....

Yeah the sale isn't a sure thing yet, I'm just preparing myself by selling off some of the leftover parts. I also have a brand new S-Type R steering wheel (originally $500 from Jag) I have some engine parts, maybe a belly pan, and some other sheet.. I will keep you guys updated, but even if I sell it I'm still going to be on the forums. Who knows I might even buy another Jag. My only requirements are a: sub 13.5 1/4 mile, v8, big brakes, leather, a/c, nav, and preferably a manual & 4 doors..

I haven't gone out shopping yet, but I was considering a new CTS-V, a Trailblazer SS, Silverado SS, or a G8 GT.. I know all cars break, just like my Jag did MANY times. The only difference is American cars are a lot cheaper to fix..

Hmmm.... CTS-V huh? There is a used dealer here in Ohio that is real good.. They just happen to have two CTS-V's on hand...

I also love the G8 GT...

Good luck on your quest....

Eric, glad to hear youre sticking around even if you sell your S-Type R. A friend of mine/client has an AMAZINGLY clean Silv SS hes looking to sell. 2003 I believe under 50K miles and his price is right around $20k, hes pretty firm on it but from what I saw its the best priced one out there. Let me know if youre interested.

Yeah in my opinion the G8 is kind of an ugly car IMO, none of the lines flow. I'm just considering buying the GXP for two reasons the LS3 and the 6 speed. Everything else isn't really important. I would love the 09 CTS-V, but it's just too pricey. Especially considering how badly they're going to depreciate. I can get a brand new GXP for around 30k maybe a little more.

Hi Eric,

How about a Dodge Magnum Hemi? You could pick one up for about $15 or $16K and then go to Hennessy for an upgrade. This is the 600hp version. One year warranty, then all bets are off. You should be able to find one that meets your stringent requirements.

I'd rather buy one and pull the motor and put a built 426 in it.. Or an STS kit. I've never been a fan of blowers. They are responsive and make cool noises, but all in all they are wayy to inefficient. How much is that Hennessy kit out of curiosity?

Hi Eric,

The website had a call for price which means it's expensive. I would guess around $15-20K though. They also have a 500hp non supercharged variant.

Last day guys.. I don't know if they're going to sell, but if they do, this is the last chance to bid.
