There are about a dozen computers, all networked together. Several things can make them suffer - water in trunk or engine bay being examples and of course a failing battery being #1 common issue.
The cluster (aka dash aka IP aka ICM) has its own computer.
The power steering doesn't, exactly, but I think the PCM (aka ECM) raises the revs if it detects the pressure rise due to the steering being used (past some point).
So you seem to have multiple errors, not obviously connected unless by power/ground/battery/charging/etc. They're probably your first things to check, and thus also the trunk for damp/water.

Same computer error readings on my 2002 S-Type with 40k on the clock. As you can see very low mileage for year.
The electrics seem to freeze for a while (Courtesy light would not turn off), (Fuel gauge reading empty; although I had a full tank), (Engine oil warning lamp staying on after ignition; eventhough oil was at it's max level).
I monitored this for 24 hours. Same fault readings. Started car a few times turning on an off. Eventually the problem rectified itself.
Got to be a computer glich, I would recommend cutting power and rebooting, this should work, well it did for me. ]
