Here is the thread on the part. I wasn't even sure if it was part of the car but on that side when I drove off the ramps.

JagV8, how many turns of that spring should I see? Will do some counting and some more pics.

TonyX, it is leaning. One thing, when I went to jack it up, did not have a lot of room to get the jack under that side.

I don't have your car so don't know. But - should be the same on each side of the car

Ok, after jacking up the car and having it sit on jack stands trying to figure it all out, I decided to put tire back on and lower it and take a look at the other side and see what might look different and count the spring turns to compare both sides. Dropped the car back down and now I know this is going to sound crazy but it is not leaning. It seems fine now. Took it for a drive and other then the brakes making some minor noises which I think happens when you don't drive the car a great deal and the pads even out and a minor little clunk which I need to figure out, it seems fine.

It was suggested in a post that maybe the CATS system could have mal-functioned and cause the car to lean because it was definitely leaning and confirmed by my neighbor it was who also took a look. I have never received any codes or lights on the dash to show this CAT system not working correctly. If I do unplug it from the module it shows connecting into on one of the pictures I posted right on top, how would it react? Would the car go into limp mode? Or just let it alone now that it is back to normal?

Thank you all for the responses and help.
