Default HELP! mechanic really screwed up my s type

I took my s type in to a local mechanic just to get fresh brakes 2, 500 mile oil change. My jag ran soooo smooth NOW what a joke
Theres a rumbling under my foot like a grinding, they ripped my muffler off which I had fixed, my brakes are screeching every time I stop, what the hell Iis going on? Any other ne ever have this issue?

Here, in a less serious case you'd take it back but with this would probably charge the cost of fixing it back to the one that broke it. Easy to end up in the courts, though

Yea I know I went to the wrong mechanic! Ugh.i figured id take it to the jag dealer than send the mechanic the bill, can I do that?

Has anyone ever felt the issue im describing? Its like a grinding under your foot when your braking any speed ovdr 40mph

did they machine the disks when they replaced the pads? The new pads might need time to bed in properly. But if it's not braking right then take it back!

Dopey,
I know whdn I had a second mechanic check it out he said the brake "clips" where missing, so I dont think they did the brakes right at all

I took it back to the original place n theyre saying they dont hear it, n wont fix it

Since the original garage have had a chance to rectify the problem now is the time to take it somewhere and get it fixed .Repairs and faults to be noted in detail with pictures , if possible , and then present the original garage with the bill.
