Do you expect a serious answer? It could be very reliable or it could be a disaster.
Are there service records? Do you know any of the cars history?

Welcome to the forum, Xdzc.
Props for listing the engine in your question; that helps. Also essential to giving you any kind of reasonably accurate answer is:
How many miles on the car?
As Norri said - service history - you'll need to know what has been renewed and when - otherwise, you need to make a thorough inspection and take inventory of all the stuff that is likely to need renewal and how much time you might expect each existing part to last.
It may be fully maintained and meticulously cared-for. It may need complete suspension bushing/ball-joint/A-arm renewal, a DCCV, IMT-O-rings, headliner renewal, a new battery, tires, brake pads and rotors, etc. Some of those things would be obvious (such as tires) and you should be easily capable of assessing those costs via web-search - also all wear items - such as tires/brakes/filters - costs are readily available.
As Jon said, if you can't/won't complete these tasks yourself, you can easily exceed 2x or 3x the purchase price of the car having them done.
If I were stuck in Houston contemplating my first Jaguar purchase, I would contact member "Brutal" here on the forum and ask if he offers an inspection service - See what it would take to get him to drive it, put it up on the lift and check it out, and advise what it may need - as a contingency to any purchase agreement - Make seller agree to discount appropriate $$ for necessary repairs or return deposit-in-full if unwilling. Do not allow the option of the seller fixing/having fixed somewhere else - you do not know what may be done in that scenario.
