Default jag s-type 2000 overheating

i have jag s-type 3.0ltr
day before yesterday it was overheated its temperature needle went to red and indicated high temperature and reduce engine power

i stopped the car and let it cool and check for coolent it was cimpletely drained i put 8 ltrs of coolent and started again it was good for one day but yesterday again it faced same problem, i did same thing and it was good again but today again it has high temperature, i have checked in morning that if there is any leak under the car but its ok, i am worried about the coolent, where it is going, plz help if any one know abt this issue

First of all do not drive it till you find the leak. You have probably damaged the head already letting it overheat. If you can't see any leak probably the head gasket.

The plastic coolant reservoirs are prone to failure (cracking/leaking).
