Hi all, I replaced my window regulator on the drivers side of my 03 S-Type R today and shortly after, I used the remote lock and came back to the car an hour later and the remote didn't work.q I then proceeded to manually unlock the door, which, in turn, triggered the alarm until I inserted the key into the ignition. After all that the key worked fine until I tried it again an hour later and the same thing happened. Any fixes?

 

The key part is as per design. If you fix the window properly it should go back to working as it used to do.
