I found LS Lincoln inner tie rods that match exactly. Question is do they come handed? (Right/left). Auto parts place information doesn't quite know,.but they are identical to one I brought in.

 

Not usually and all the suppliers I see here also say for both sides. Some part numbers:

However, they seem to all quote different lengths!!!
