There is a lower ball joint in the lower control arm, but its not the same as the bushings.

In a word, NO.

The bushings are the rubber things at the inner pivot of each lower arm, usually 2 per arm.

The balljoints are on the end of the arm, right out near the road wheel, usually 1 per arm.

The bushing number I have here is JLM 021535, and you will need 2 per arm.
