I am looking for a manual that shows step by step instructions on how to R&R engine components such as how do a brake job front and rear. How to change timing chain tensioners or step by step instructions to R&R engine or transmission. Exploded view pictures are required not just an explanation.

Look in the sticky notes. You might find some help there. The forum has a 20 GB limit and my manual is 75MG. Now way that will work.

It's best to educate yourself on what ever car your working on?
For Jaguar the shop manual is called the JTIS.
The parts catalog is called the JEPC.

Both of these are from Jaguar and are free on this forum. Well worth searching out and installing.
