Monitor Off, climate etc Help!!!
Hello,
on my Jaguar S type R 2005 I have the following problem.
i don’t know when and how it started because I’ve bought car with those problems.
My monitor is Off all the time, music and climate also don’t work.
the following errors are on computer, maybe they mean something with that problem
B1676
B2208
B1265
U2526
If someone can help I would really Appreciate that!

Start with the B1676, "Charging system low / high voltage fault; Battery power supply circuit: high resistance". If your battery and/or charging system is not performing correctly, it can trigger all sorts of spurious codes and communication errors.
Ger your battery load tested and charging voltages checked, then get back with us...

The display screen video signal (NTSC RGB+sync) comes from the navigation DVD unit in the boot/trunk.
If this is faulty, or missing, the display screen and all associated functions will not work.

in two days I’ll get new diagnostic, and i hope it will show the problem.

So as mentioned it would be a good idea to check the sat-nav DVD unit on the left hand side in the boot/trunk.
If the Naviagation DVD module it is dead, missing or not connected the display will not work. These units are known to fail.
As far as I know fault code B1265 means nouthing on cars after vin number N10330 as the A/C bypass actuator was not fitted after that vin number. (They did not change the software in the Climate Control Module so the fault will always be there!!)
Please add your partial VIN number to your signature, see my one below as an example, it makes things so much easier if we all know your aprox vin number and official model year.
I think fault code U2526 means data missing from air suspension. Obvioulsy the s-type has no air suspension so the data from it will always be missing!!

B2208 is a satellite navigation system module, communication to display and switch module fault.
So as mentioned it would be a good idea to check the sat-nav DVD unit on the left hand side in the boot/trunk.

Sounds like you would benefit from an sdd ids session.if at all possible...it can check com networks also
