I need help finding this part, what is it called and what's the part number. It's the hose that's been pointed, seems like the coolant is leaking from the point where hose is connected with the tube.

Post a wider shot, with your year, model, and engine size, then someone can help you better.

It's 2005 stype 3.0.
If I am standing straight to the car looking at the engine, this pipe is located on the right bottom of the tri pipe that runs from coolant reservoir.

I have attached 3 more pictures, maybe this would help to point the actual part number.

It's one of three heater hoses. At this late date and age you need to replace all the rubber hoses. They will start leaking one by one.
Your car is a 2005 and is now 8+ years old

Be thankful you don't have an STR!! I changed all the hoses on my 2005 STR and there must be 16-19 separate hoses with the inter cooler and all that.

I have a 2000 S-Type and my connections have not leaked yet. As for your leak that connector has 2 rubber “O” ring that might be giving out on you I would check it first before dealing with the hoses. Chances are you can get replacements at any local hardware store or hyd shop that has a selection to pick from. See photo link.
