Default needing some info

So I picked up this 2000 S-Type last week in a trade for a 92 Wrangler.
Car has 130k Miles. I only got it because I could sell it for more than I could my wrangler and I need it gone QUICK! Trying to buy a car from a lot and I gotta get the money together before the lot sales the car....which brings me to my question.
Can I get some info on about how much this should/could go for?
I had it listed for $4500 OBO, and said I would take as low as $3500 for it.
This seem good? Bad? reasonable?

Any/all help will be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks in advance to anyone and here is all I know about it.

Two owner
White leather interior
130k miles
needs breaks
Seems to drive and ride without any problems (outside of breaks needing changed)
If any specific information would help just let me know, thanks all!

Yea it books between $5-6k. I already checked that, its well below blue book. That's the problem. No one seems to understand that I am getting rid of it that cheap because I need the money FAST. Everyone seems to think Im tryin to screw them or that there is something MASSIVELY wrong with it.

....and yea...I had someone actually say that to me...almost verbatim

Imagine you mighta moved the Wrangler pretty quickly THIS week....just sayin'...

On the other hand, it's a fair price, 19 copies of MY2000-2002 listed within 300 mi. of me (on just one search try) between $4500 and $11k. Mileages ranging from 49k to 156k. Try posting it on the Classified forum here with some details(engine, etc) and hope for the best?

Spend the $40-60 on pads and change them yourself.

Most people who aren't mechanically inclined read needs brakes as "This car needs work, it was neglected, I wonder what else is wrong"

Instead spend $40 and sell it as " Has brand new brakes" - Read by most as "Ohh this car is well maintaned and recently serviced"

Trust me, my family has been in the car business for years.

Take care,

George

Normally would, and probably would have already by now, just been raining here ever since I got the car...except the ONE DAY someone decided to look at it lol...but to me and ANYONE selling a car, this is GREAT ADVICE! everyone (including myself) should heed his advice here...

Well played Sir

I don't see it on Knoxville Craigslist, free ads there, only S-Type listed they're asking $7,000 for w/129k miles.
http://knoxville.craigslist.org/cto/

Side note, a 94 XJ6 listed with a Chevy 350, but they pulled the engine because it needs a fuel pump, kind of funny, a broke Jag with a Chevy engine.
