Default Which OBDII scanner

i searched the forum and came up witha lit of information but the age on some of the threads left me to believe it would be better to ask in case there is newere informatiion out.
is this the one that I would want to get? And will it give me any options for calibrating / resetting the CATS sytem or is this still a Dealer chore?

What CATS problem do you have?

Doesn't typically seem to need a reset via a tool...

Well I cleared all of the error codes using a cheaper OBDII reader when i first got the car and didn't know any better but.....the control module in the trunk was already disconnected when I got the car so I do not know what the issues are. Just that after hooking it back up I get the standard Cats System Fault . It may just need to be recalibrated?

I don't think people do that. Generally, plug in and go.

I suppose to find out more yes a more specialist tool such as you can find in multiple posts on the forum to let you decide the best for you.
