Hi all
I have just acquired a 3ltr s-type (1999) and have noticed an unusual little annoying problem, when driving and pulling up to a stop on the majority of times the idle hangs at about 1500rpm for what could be half a minute or so before dropping to is normal idle speed. this still seems to be the case even if i dip the clutch at about 1000rpm it will still pick up for a short time, blipping the throttle dosent seem to make a difference, havent found any obvious leaks etc apart from that is runs excellently.

IDEAS PLEASE? as this is going to dive me nuts!
