I have been a Senior Master Tech for Ford 32 yrs retired, this looks just like a Lincoln LS 3.0 liter under the hood. The Map sensor is built into the MAF sensor on everything I have read.Am I wrong?
The MAP sensor is located near the firewall, rear of the plenum, just to the right of the upper IMT valve, if looking at the motor from the front of the vehicle.
Best to check obvious first. Not to many MAP sensor problems reported here over the years.

I have a sensor that is in the back of upper intake at the center, then 2 intake controls on back. This is diff then Lincoln set up.P1108 is a circuit code from Baro to Map.It's funny I can clear code and drive all day if I don't shut motor off .If I shut off let sit 10 mins and restart light will come on CRAZY !!!!!!!!
No, it's not. Trying to over-think exact details of a PCM's software for when it flags a particular code, now that's crazy.

Ok, here is the best picture I have to show you the MAP sensor. You are correct (as I mentioned), the sensor is located on the back of the "upper intake" which we here call the plenum, located next to the "intake controls" which we know them as IMT Tuning Valves. Best to make sure those IMT's are not leaking oil (follow the link under the picture).
Sorry I do not know anything about the Lincoln "set up" as we own a Jaguar. I have never seen what a Lincoln 3.0 looks like.

Here is another view, with the cowl cover (plastic cover under the wiper arms) removed, and looking down:
