pairing my phone

I have paired my phone but when I make a call the red phone only shows not the green, so I can hear who I'm calling but they can't hear me.I am a complete novice with this sort of technology ,anybody help.

One cause could be that you have the bluetooth module fitted but not the voice control module.
If this is the case you need the special link plug to go in the voice module plug to enable the microphone to connect to the bluetooth module.
You may also not have any microphone fitted, or it could have been removed!
