Does anyone happen to have Part number U0011-0070-112, which is the 2011 - 2012 Navigation Update disc? The car is throwing the 50, 51 error and the navigation screen is blank and based on all the reading i have done this is the fix. Thank you in advance for any assistance!

update disc wont cure it, if you have been in to the hidden menu's and clicked update twice, you have deleted the nav units software
only way to fix it is you need a boot disc, the actual file you need is the loading.kiwi file, copied onto a dual layer dvd, copied at the slowest speed
just google it, will be there
problem is, if you dvd unit is tired, it wont read copied discs, if thats so, only way to fix it is replace the nav unit

If you have not pressed the s/w update button in the hidden menu and then the confirm button and the screen went blank without you doing anything, then a new nav unit will probably be required.

If you did press the update button and then the confirm button it is your fault as you deleted the software stored in the nav unit. You are not the first to do this and I am sure you will not be the last!

See the above post for a possible fix. If this does not work, again you will need a replacement Nav unit.
