Path is in JTIS, isn't it?

Doesn't matter what order you fit it so long as it's the right path!

You can check length against the old one as it should be almost the same.

 

I believe John is correct, it shouldn't matter if you've routed it properly.
I've always found it easiest to do the power steering pump pulley last....but I never try to R&R the belt without first removing the air box.


Are you sure in matching up new pulleys you didn't end up slightly oversize on both? Seems I saw in another thread you were replacing two. If that is the case, you might try the belt for an 05. Many places list the same p/n for both but I once got my stock mixed up and came short on the 05....found out I was attempting to fit a belt I'd ordered for the 03. Think the 05 spec is a few mm longer...

 

Also, belt for pre-2003 3.0 models is different length than '03. Be sure you have the correct belt for 2003.
