Default Rattle/Flutter sound at Start up? What could this be

Hello, this is the best video I have of the sound as it is very I consistent to catch. The car has a swapped engine with the prior owner so I don’t know how many miles it actually has. What I do know is after having my supercharger taken off and fitting some new hoses, knock sensors and gaskets that the sound began to show. When I first picked the car up, it never made that sound.
I’m hoping it’s not what people are suggesting which is the tensioners and timing chain set.. the tensioners, guides and chains. Because if it is that, I know there are special tools to carry out this process and Jaguar dealers don’t deal with ancient Jags. Maybe my mechanic after putting the supercharger and things back together left something loose? Idk. This car has just been a complete burden since I’ve purchased it. I just want it to be stable and reliable, that’s all.

Here’s the video, it didn’t upload to the forum so I posted it on YouTube.

It’s hard to hear, I know but if you turn your volume up enough you can hear the rattle RIGHT after start up. Please put the phone to your ear if you have to, I need help..

I have an 06 str and have heard similar on my car a few years ago. After research and talking to a couple members we figured it was the chain tensioners not ratcheting tight. I ran some cleaner threw it designed to clear oil passages and the like. Refilled with 5w-40 as suggested by the manual for my climate and problem solved. I also removed the sheet metal pan before refill and found some pretty good gunk that had been released. I also cleaned the oil pump pickup screen. If you go this route follow the cleaner instructions to the letter. I cannot remember the brand but k and w rings a bell

Hello, thanks for responding. So as for the instructions, those have to do with cleaning the oil pick up screen correct? Just to make sure..

Also, just to clarify, you’re recommending to use thicker oil? I just did an oil change so I may have to just get another one out of the way.. to relieve this issue. It’s been random and very inconsistent for a few months.. could never find a rhyme or reason for it.

Also the cleaner you “ran through it”.. is it done like a regular oil change?? Clear it.. then refill with the thicker oil?

Use a higher quality filter such as a Jaguar OEM filter, or Mann as they have an anti drain back valve.

Actually I lied, sorry. Bosch is on the photo but the package delivers a “MANN FILTER”. The pictures are below. I’m sure your advice still stands?

The instructions I refer to are their instructions that are on the cleaner bottle. It'll say how much to use and specifically how long to leave it in before you drain and refill in the owners manual there is a list of accepted weights of oil compared to the climate you drive in and I chose the heaviest one I could use
