I'm not convinced it's OK but don't think I have a way to check for sure. Does it match what you have now?

The one I have is shot, beyond repair. New ones 900 and up

The ebay one looks to be for X206 which is probably not your car.

Looking further down the page on the link, it says the unit came from a 2007 diesel S type, so no it will not fit your STR.
