Default rear seat belt

What does the little buckle go to? It doesn't fit into any of the receivers.

Look under the rear seat lower cushion for the anchor point.

Should fit without any problem (as mine do)... maybe using the wrong one or the wrong way around?

Just to help out others with this.

The center seat belt actually has 2 buckles. The small one you mention can only be released using a metal pin. There is a small slot where you insert the metal pin. Then you can get that belt completely out of the way when you lay the back seat down. The other buckle is the standard seat belt buckle.
