Question Recommendation sought for competent headlight repairer

About three months ago I bought my second S-type (this time a 4.2, normally aspirated) and realised as soon as I drove it at night that the driver's side dipped beam was pathologically low. I took it to a highly recommended Jaguar independent in Falmouth, he adjusted it as well as possible, but said that I would really need a new one if I wanted both beams parallel. At £720+VAT, that was something I would prefer to avoid if possible, so I kept my eyes open for a second-hand unit and recently found one. I made an appointment to take it over to Falmouth to have it checked out and (ideally) fitted, but was told that while it was in far better condition than the one originally fitted, it too suffered from the drooping headlamp syndrome. However, because it is in such good condition, Greg recommended that I keep it rather than send it back as "not as advertised" and have it professionally repaired. Unfortunately I have so far been unable to locate a professional (in the UK) who specialises in (or at least is competent in) repairing these units. Any recommendations would be much appreciated.

Philip Taylor, Cornwall.
