Pop the hood, VERY CAREFULLY loosen the purge screw on top the coolant reservoir (do not force it), motor up to temperature, heat on high and watch for bubbles/coolant, tighten purge screw.
If you are inquiring because you hear gurgling behind glove box when vehicle is shut down, there is a TSB, expensive if not under warranty. BTW most owners will just live with the gurgle.
