Default Screw fix did not work as expected

So I have a 2005 Jaguar S-Type with the halogen bulbs.

I just bought the car and decided to change the bulbs to a whiter bulb, but when clipping the bulbs in I heard a snap. Unfortunately, I had already unclipped the other side as well, and heard the same snap when clipping them in.

So I did Brutal's screw fix, and it held the headlight in place, but it was much too high. When I loosen the screw I can get it to where I think it should be, but the interior part of the headlamp is very loose. It seems that the interior part is completely broken from the exterior housing.

What can I do? Will using something like this fix it? Jaguar s Type s Type Normal Xenon Headlamp Headlight Repair Kit Adjuster 2 Sets | eBay

And if so, will a shop do it? I can't really get my car lifted to take off the radiator guard so that I can take off the bumper, so that I can take off the headlamp.

I'm just all around confused right now. I don't want to pay for new lamps.

EDIT: took it to a shop. they drilled a new screw and that fixed it supposedly.
