Default Service and Dallas, TX. dealerships

i am curious if anyone has had good or bad dealings with the 2 main dealerships in Dallas, ie Overseas and Millennium?? I am just about to run our of my =base 4 yr. warranty om a 2005 S-Type (only 35K miles) and wanted to take advantage of their free service on the first 4 that is offered. However I have the feeling that it could be a setup to try and charge you more. Second when i talked with the service Advisor at millennium, she acted naive about the transmission lurch and I found that almost unbelievable. I do not need them to do much as most of the everyday repairs and fixes from brakes, ect I can take care of.

Any advice is appreciated and any dealings that you can report will be treated with great umbrage.

I have used Millennium on several occasions and all repair work has been a good experience. I have no experience with Overseas so I can't comment.

Ask for Gary Shewbert at Millennium, he has treated me well. He is in the service department.

Thanks for that info. My concern was I talked to a Donna and when i talked about the transmission problem- she acted like she never heard of the lurch problem.

As I said, I have had a good experience with Gary. Now, the sales department is a different story!

I have heard good things about the dealer in Fort Worth but that is too far away. I would not hesitate to try Overseas except that Millennium is around the corner from my house.
