smell from cabin heater
I thought I had the same problem but took it to the dealer and found that the PCV hose had worn through and the oil was dripping on the manifold. It was happening when I turned the heat on or when I came to a stop. They figured that the PCV oil separator was gone on it too so I had it replaced. They had to take the intakes off and the lower ones too.

That's sounds terribly expensive on the labor side. I hope that's not the case in my situation.
Did you have oil spotting where you parked it? I don't notice any leaking fluids on my driveway plus the smell from my cabin heater is distinctly the aroma of burning rubber or plastic. Doesn't happen at 71 or below.
This is terrible news.

I am having the same thing on mine, when I stop at a light there is smoke that comes from the right side. I look at it and it looks as thought there is oil that is dripping on the manifold. I will have it looked at when I get my lurch fixed.

I had oil leak that came down to manifold and burt the oil. The smell was pretty bad. I fixed it myself by replacing two IMT O-rings. It's been okay for while. I need to monitor the oil level to see any more leakage.
Oh, I have pictures after I cleaned IMT and manifold. My manifold was covered with burnt oil.

Yes, Joycesjag is correct. I paid total of $10~12 cdn for two. It's green o-rings. It does take some time to change them. Oh yeah, I broke one clip that holds wipers. Just push them down to un-lock it and you can pull them out. It's bit of work but it's something you can do.
Good luck!
