Default Still have shakey wheel when pressing on brakes.

So today I had brand new front rotors and pads installed for the second time, and once again when I apply the brakes the wheel shakes. The brakes I purchased are power stop drilled/slotted rotors, and the pads are power stop ceramic. This is the second time this has happend. I dont know if the Rotors are defective? I purchased them from the powerstop website. I had them sitting for a few months in storage before I used them. I am thinking of going with just standard rotors and pads from a autoparts store. Can anyone recommend any? thanks.

I recently replaced my front rotors as well, same issue, shaky wheel whenever braking. I bought R1 concepts drilled rotors, have had them on for 2 days now so it still remains to be properly accessed but i now have absolutely zero shaking, perfect feel. I recommend them, they come with a one year warranty. Also make sure you are not over tightening your lug nuts when putting the wheel back on. I have read that although rarely, it can help to warp the rotors. Also tighten them evenly, bringing in all the lug nuts to fully tightened, together instead of tightening one completely then the next and so on and so forth.

I tried drilled/slotted rotors on my 00 S Type - hated the feel and went back to good old rotors - no issues!

Measure both sides of each rotor for runout and parallelism. If you find any issues, determine root cause. How do you know you don't have a bent hub?

Before I put the power stops one I had wearever rotors. They were a bit noisy but has no shake at all to them
I switched to the power stops to eliminate that noise and now not once but twice the power stop rotors shake like crazy when pressing on the brake. I wonder if it's a power stop issue? What do you guys think of Wagner rotors?

+1 on runout. You need solid facts.
