Default Stupid Backseat ?

I have a 05 S-type R and can't figure out how to fold the backseat down... I know there is supposed to be 2 handles in the trunk, but I do not see them..... Also, What is the black bag that folds out from the back armrest when trying to enter the trunk?

From memory (very vague due to several bottles of gin) I seem to remember that the back seats of the S Type R don't fold? Something due to body rigidity (?) for the extra power . . Correct me if I'm wrong

Lol I hate to correct you 06, but your wrong.. lol you know I'm only joking bud.. They fold down via two black plunger type buttons that are located in the upper front corners of the trunk on the passenger and driver sides.. You must pull the plunger out to release the latch as you push the seat forward.. It doesn't open up completely because there is a "sub-frame" type plate that goes from left to right side for frame rigidity, but it opens up quite a bit. The black bag in the middle is a luggage pass-through for skis, snowboards, fishing poles, and really large corpses that won't fit completely in the trunk.. [&:]
